“We had a very nice stay, the place was comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. We only wish we would’ve had more time! And bonus it came with a parking spot. We hope to come back again!”

“3 bedrooms - excellent if you have a large party. Plenty of space, stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware). Comfortable beds, free wifi. Very clean throughout and had been thoroughly updated, so rooms and furniture did not feel old or crusty at all. It was a great place to call home base during our visit. Nothing special (ie did not have anything "impressive") but nothing bad either.
A dirty dish towel, and dirty towel in bathroom were left behind by previous guests.
Checkin……

“The property is good, everything is great. EXCEPT the loud noise from upstairs unit, which made us awake until 3 am in the morning. Lower unit was our stay and this is the only issue we had”

“Good location. Quiet clean neighborhood. Just a little farther from Michigan ave than I would have liked. Walking distance, for me, would have been ideal. The unit itself was very nice. One issue was operation of the showers. They had very unusual switches. Directions would have been helpful. Overall a very good experience. I would stay there again and recommend it to others”

“Our recent stay on Michigan Ave was perfectly complete with our wonderful view of the park and the Lake! The apartment was in excellent condition and all the pictures very accurately represented the space we were so lucky to stay in for a few days! The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.We spent 4 days in Chicago with our son before sending him off to his sophomore year of college and he absolutely loved his time in the Windy City!”
