“My wife and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment had plenty of room, was nicely decorated. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full meal (which we did not). The bed is very comfortable. Ride service to downtown averaged $25. It was perfect.”

“Very clean and newly updated. Everything was clean and well kept. The apartment is right on top of the active railroad tracks so guests should be aware. It was a little difficult to find the exact building because the street number is not on the outside of the building and the lock box was in a spot that was hard to find in the dark. Once we were in everything was great!”

The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. Units in the Burnham are renovated but they have old ceilings made of wood which do not prevent noise transfer. They gave me a unit on the second floor and I could hear almost everything the person above me said or did. Sometimes when that person walked, the glasses in my unit slightly vibrated and you'd hear clinking. ”
