Well located on the main N20 road and convenient for nearby Charleville. Staff at the hotel were great. Very friendly and helpful reception staff at check in/out. Restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and quick response to query about lost property two days after check out. Dining menu very limited. Pretty standard pub type food. (Better options and quality at a pub/restaurant in Charleville 15 mins walk up the road.) Bedroom and ensuite bathroom large, comfortable and clean but very hot and no air con. Very noisy kitchen extraction fans when the window was opened (turned off c11.30pm but started up again c6.00 am). This was for a room at the back. Rooms at the front might be better but face the main road. Didn't use pool or gym facilities on site so can't comment.
