“The bed in my room was broken and the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in”

“Wonderful staff, great rooms although hallway is a little warm for my liking, the rest of my family had no complaints. Pool/hot tub could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise can’t say enough good about this place. Cookies at check in as well as complimentary water and grab and go breakfast bags were a very lovely added touch. Coffee bar in main area was amazing!”

“If you take it for what it is, it's perfect. Clean, well maintained, and a helpful staff. No frills though. You have to walk to the bathroom from the cabins. If you are down with that it's the best $65 a night place I've ever seen. TV works, the AC froze me out in the morning when I got up. Thanks for a great stay while I toured Mesa Verde!”

“Breakfast was below par for a hotel breakfast, the stairs were falling apart and both pools were broken and didn’t even have water in them. Room was clean and was fine for the night but overall not great”
