The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is low enough that we choose to go to an excellent local diner Pippo's on Main Street a short distance away. The price of the room + the price of an excellent 5hbreakfast is = to or < the total price of other (more expensive hotels) The ice machines were all out of order but... the value for the price was very good. We will stay here again in thecfuture

Very nice place to stay, reasonably priced with nice amenities (fitness center) and excellent breakfast. Very nice staff (Ethan) who was very accommodating at check-in. He allowed us to change rooms with no problem.

I've always used this facility when I come down to see the Great Sand Dunes. This visit nice however, there have been some changes since my last stay. The swimming pool area was pretty dark after the sun set as there are not many lights in the area. The water slide and the jacuzzi were inoperable also. I had really looked forward to using the jacuzzi after a day at the Sand Dunes hiking. As to the staff, they were amazing! They were informative, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was light but adequate. I should also say that the gym was nice to have access to 24 hrs. Overall, I would stay here again, but I hope that all of the amenities are functioning when I return.

Grandma Vi who handles the breakfast area is a wonderful person. We were a bit late to breakfast and she made sure we left with a full stomach and sent us off with water bottles for the road. Absolutely would stay here on our way through the area.
