Hot tub broken and no pool service despite front desk assurance the area was open and she was sending a waiter. Was a stay-cation for us but we probably won’t be back. Better for conventions like it was having with ppl who don’t desire amenities.

Some exterior doors did not work and there were a smell in some elevators and hallways at times. The property is a little older and needs some updates and better water pressure. Overall, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was pretty good, and we enjoyed our stay! I loved that there were so many elevators at this property.

The bathroom and floor needed more attention by the cleaning staff. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The air conditioning worked fine. We were without hot water for about 24 hours but they did finally get it fixed. The pool and gym looked clean and well maintained but we didn’t use them. ...
