“Second time to stay. Great little place.”

“Great place to stay just outside of downtown Pagosa. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants (City Hall Cafe and Grill is amazing). Comfortable beds and bath. Continental breakfast was great.”

“The road was closed to Silverton. Had to turn around and go back to Durango. Did not stay there.”

“We loved this property for the views even though it was off the beaten path. The two issues we encountered were that breakfast service started at 8am (when we wanted to be on the road earlier), and the bathrooms in the lower bedrooms of the Annex were very small (think cruise-sized) and the shower fixture was difficult to figure out, which caused us to have hot water hitting us before we determined how it worked.”
