We'd stay here again. Balcony overlooking the creek was nice and a quick walk to the springs and trailhead to the perimeter trail, plus another trail loop on the river. Staff was awesome and beds were comfortable.

We loved this place. Newly remodeled rooms with balconies overlooking the river. Clean, quiet. The river trail behind the hotel gives easy access to the hot springs park (7 minute walk) and town (10 minutes). Friendly, helpful staff. We stayed for 2 nights to do the springs and would happily stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay in Ouray. The property has a rustic theme to it, very nice. Each room comes with two king sized beds which are so comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Uncompahgre River runs right behind the property and there is a beautiful green belt to walk, run, ride a bike along. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location and clean/ spacious room. Enjoyed hearing & seeing river from room. Definitely get a top room. We heard our neighbors upstairs through the night and it kept us up. Breakfast is cereal & some pastries. Would stay again but book through them directly. We would have saved $

Such a beautiful ranch themed hotel with spacious hotel room with 2 huge king size bed, nicely maintained. The view from balcony is unreal, stream is flowing with beautiful tracking and mountain behind. I felt this place worth so much more than a typical hotel. Must recommend. I and my family enjoyed the property. It has complimentary breakfast available as well English style. Loved every thing about the property.

This property is amazing. The rooms have been recently renovated. So many cute and thoughtful touches. So relaxing to sit out on the balcony and listen to the river in the comfortable chairs. Room was spacious even with two king beds in it. Staff was super nice and helpful and one said she “has the best job in the world”. Parking is right out front.

We were greeted kindly when we arrived. No problem checking in. The room was fantastic.!! Also, the view from the patio was beautiful! The rushing river was refreshing and helped us sleep well. The room was clean and beautiful. We had a continental breakfast, the only downfall was there was no fruit or protein. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay and I will be back.
You can’t go wrong staying at this beautiful motel! If you get a chance, go to box Canyon, and enjoy your trip! The town is super sweet too!!
