“The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm
We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all”

“Beautiful location. Extremely clean. Just some minor issues that would have made it even better.
The hut was extremely hot and the automatic provision of a fan would have really helped.
Quicker response from the manager regarding issues would have helped too.
Overall a lovely stay but I wouldn’t stay again when it’s hot weather.”
