“The apartment is lovely and in a great location! The management company answers emails quickly. The space was very easy to sleep our group of 6. The one thing I will say is that there isn’t a living room or gathering space for our whole group to hang out together in the home, but if you’re there mostly for getting to know York then it’s not a problem!”

“The host was to email me a few days before awith the address and access details but never did. I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. The living room looked like a storage cupboard, with a full-size spare mattress stored upright and other……

“The property was adequate for our needs but the whole place needed a thorough clean and some tlc. Garden furniture was in poor condition and only 4 chairs outside for a property that accommodates 14. Plenty of plates and cutlery, cups and glasses. Don’t think we’ll be going again. ”

“Well positioned in Cheltenham Town Center, very convenient for the town and wider Cotswold area. Apartment was well apointed and spotlessly clean with nice little extras (Proseco) to welcome us. Sandeep, the owner, was charming and cmmunicative. Highly recommended.”
