Only minus side is that one case went missing and still not recovered after twenty four hours
I had the most unexpected smooth experience at the airport, from no line at TSA pre-check, to getting assigned a seat at the last min next to this guy that was cool and friendly to talk to, to cozily watching two movies (Toy Story 4 and Booksmart), to the flight attendants coming by frequently with drinks and snacks and having a cup of red wine on the plane. This is completely unlike the United Airlines of that terrible viral video kicking the man off with security guards and my parents describing their trip to China with disgust at the staff. This also changes my opinion of United. . .wow!
I wish i had better seat selection... Or given the chance to upgrade
AA has improve, getting closer to other modern Airlines such as Asian airlines: Korean Air, Eva, Singapore Air, etc.
Loved that BA is still a luxury airline experience with food, drinks (adult) and entertainment included and their baggage policy is very reasonable as well. Thank you BA for taking the stress out of flying a making it enjoyable from beginning to end.
Why do we need to go through security as soon as we leave the aeroplane to transfer to another aeroplane? Doha airport makes you do this for all flights.
Need to have more discretion at check in. We had upgraded our return tickets so we would not have to cram my wife’s purse into luggage. Should not have had to go through bag sizing on bags that obviously passed the test outbound
It was an old plane so the entertainment wasn't that good. Also, when I asked for a bottle of water they said they are short on bottle of water and they couldn't give it to me. Not very friendly staff after all.
