I stayed at IRA by Orchid for 7 days, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The property is in desperate need of TLC. We faced issues with room cleanliness and extremely low water pressure in the sink. While the staff did eventually move us to a different room after 3 days of complaining, no compensation or apology for the initial discomfort was offered.
Additionally, the breakfast was very repetitive; in a week-long stay, there was zero change to the menu. The biggest disappointment, however, was the staff’s inability to listen to guest complaints—they seem to acknowledge the issue but don't take proactive steps to fix it. For the price and the brand name, I expected much better service and maintenance.
