great find when you find out how to get there.
comfortable ,modern ,clean. very nice modern hotel. easy walk to sea front. only one problem, it was up a narrow alleyway our driver couldn,t find it . there should be some mention of this in the booking.

갔던 날 정전이여서 양초키고 씻고 정전이여서 당연히 에어컨도 안됐었고 그러다가 새벽에 자는 도중에 정전이 풀려서 에어컨이 자동으로 켜가지고 새벽내내 춥게 잤어요 그리고 침대에 개미 기어다녀서 찝찝해서 이불도 제대로 못덮었구요 그다음 날 체크아웃 하는데 다른 숙박하신 분들이 저희보고도 환불 받아야한다고 알려주셔서 망정이지 프론트에선 그런 말도 안했었어요 그래서 그 분이 도와주셔서 그때서야 프론트 직원이 환불 도와줬어요 그리고 위치가 너무 안좋아서 그랩 불러도 못들어와요 옆에 다 공사장이여서 흙 진짜 많고 저희는 체크아웃 하는 날 비가와서 완전 흙탕물이였어요 진짜 정말로 가지마요 차라리 공항에서 자는게 나을 수도 있겠단 생각이 들었어요

First of all thank you for your review. We normally don’t comment negative reviews but this time we really have to answer and set things into perspective. 1. Yes there was an area wide unannounced blackout by a transformer blowing up in the responsible power plant. As soon as we figured out we decided to offer every person checking-in that evening to cancel for free and help them with finding an alternative hotel and even with the transport. You and your mom were the only people deciding to refuse that offer. We really didn’t want you to check-in and made very clear that this is an extraordinary moment and you better find an alternative. But it’s our responsibility to host you because there is a contract. 2. In the morning we decided - without you asking for it - to give you a full refund. 3. We have dozens of grab drivers coming to our hotel every day so its just not true that there is a problem with calling a grab or the driver finding its way. 4. We understand that it can be surprising to start sleeping without an active air conditioner but are you really blaming us for it to start after power returned to the area? 5. Since 1 year we are running a very successful pest reduction program and in our experience ants are nearly always the result of guest bringing their dirty luggage into the rooms and often even throwing them on the bed. We really try our best to reduce these incidents by training and additional cleaning but it can happen. We are taking every incident like this very serious and will further look Ito it. I understand you had a bad evening. It was rainy when you arrived, no energy and you left around 9:00 - 10:00 am in the rainy morning. As a hotel we try in this situation to do whatever we can in the interest of our guests - so we offered you to help you find an alternative - without needing to and gave you a refund - without you e

大通りから路地に入るので、夜も静かだった。部屋もきれいでwifiもさくさく。冷蔵庫が冷えていなかった。ミーケビーチからも近く、周辺にはご飯屋さん、コンビニもあり便利。

Thank you for your feedback ice. Yes the fridge sometimes needs a few minutes to get going full cold.
