"The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The entire place was super clean and smelled fantastic! Our room was wonderful! Clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a huge accommodating bathroom. I have health issues, and do not utilize elevators, and the front desk was fantastic and got us right into a downstairs room! The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the all night coffee/tea bar was a great addition. The kids loved the pool, and it was always kept clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back!"

"I never do reviews, but I’m doing one on this place to help folks out. Look elsewhere!! Place hasn’t been maintained or updated since new. Stains and paint chips all over the walls. Drawers so old they kept opening by themselves. Bed like sleeping on granite. It’s now a 2 star hotel pretending to be more."

"Upon arrival, we was given a room that had open wires in the bathroom that was unsafe and could cause a person to be electrocuted. They sent us to another room room 166 that bathroom light blink like a strobe light and we told them that could they send maintenance so that we didn’t have to move our stuff again for a second time we went to dinner came back. The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance book so we couldn’t did not have a light for the bathroom because we couldn’t stand in the seat the strobe light the customer service was horrible. The follow up was horrible. I will never stay here again and I really want my money back to be honest with you because it was a horrible. They also advertise that they had microwaves in the room, and when we got there, the rooms did not have microwaves in them, and he claimed that they never advertise that I’ve included a picture of the advertisement with the microwave."
