“Was very clean. The beds and pillows slept like a dream. Looked newly renovated.”

“The hotel was generally clean and comfortable. Room was quiet and comfortable, nice layout. A couple of notable exceptions, the shower hose leaked badly, long delay for hot water, the pull down shade would not retract, the entry door stuck badly (requiring shouldering to open a couple of times), The breakfast eggs and sausage were barely warm (x3 days) with no microwave in the eating area to heat them. The waffles were great. Other than that, had an enjoyable stay.”

“Service ”

“Horrible experience, waited 20 minutes for someone to come to front desk. Had to go down the hall and get a cleaner to find the front desk person. Their internet was down, I ha an appointment across town and couldn’t wait, ask for a refund, the owner comes out and starts yelling at me, telling me that I did not wait 20 mins. “Only four minutes” My wife and I left with the owner still yelling and got a different hotel and called Expedia for a refund. Thank you Expedia.”
