Very disappointing experience!Posted Aug 23, 2015
Housekeeping came very late in the day (4p) or not at all, shower stall incredibly small. My 6'4" husband barely fit inside. Breakfast was the same luke warm breakfast sandwich on a white roll 3 days running or raw mushroom/spinach cheese open faced sandwich. Very unappetizing. The kitchen was a mess with boxes of bananas on the floor. Moved next door to Springhill Suites. Much better food & hotel in same price range.

공항과 몰이 가까운 호텔Posted Aug 10, 2015

Stayed at the Hyatt Place Grapevine for a conference happening at the nearby convention center. What a great experience! The staff here was AMAZING and did a great job taking care of all of us attending the conference. The rooms were great, very clean and comfortable and feel like home-away-from-home. Love staying at Hyatt Place's wherever we go, but the best part of this hotel was the staff. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location to Grapevine Mills Mall.Posted Jul 20, 2015
Walking distance to mall. Hotel staff were all very pleasant. The only thing was not so much sitting room for continental breakfast... Other than that, great stay!

Close to mall and downtown Grapevine.Posted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: Staff, food and service was really great. Loved receiving a personal letter from the general manager up on our arrival.
Cons: The only problem we really encountered was the remote control for the television. Some of the numbers did not work, so had to go through all channels.
Location: It was across the street from Grapevine mall and horse ranch. It is about five minutes from historical downtown Grapevile.
The only problem we really encountered was the remote control for the television. Some of the numbers did not work, so had to go through all channels using the up and down. That being said, staff, food, and service was really great. Apples and newspapers were available in the lobby all day.

Nice Surprise!Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: We liked the location of the hotel, the room, the lobby area, the 24-hour meal service and bar, the pool, and the staff! You guys rock!
Location: This hotel is walking distance from the Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall. It is also in Grapevine, which has so many other attractions for visitors.
We rented a room at the hotel, just for the convenience of being near the July 4th Fireworks. The price was very reasonable. This room was so nice! It was a suite, with a sectional and bar area at the front, then a king sized bed that was separate from the sectional. The vanity was outside of the shower/toilet area, so there was plenty of room for both me and my husband to get ready. We went to the pool and the water was clean, they had pool towels, and a staff member was walking around, offering lemon water to the guests.

Close to Gaylord Convention Center.Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Staff very friendly.
Cons: Stayed for a night, hard to say.
Location: Close to Gaylord and airport. Good location
Staff was good & very helpful. I was running late for my event at Gaylord, GM went out his way to arrange for an emergency ride to the convention center, and I was able to reach my destination on time. That was great.

EXCELLENT STAYPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: how clean it was and the complimentary services, shuttle, breakfast to name a few.
Cons: educating the front desk - just a bit more about activities to do in area
Location: Enjoyed the Sea Lift Aquarium, & Lego Land, caught a movie as well - our daughter had a great time on our short stay.
stayed 1 night, walking distance to Grapevine mall, amenities offered by hotel are excellent. Breakfast was delicious - not your typical continental breakfast, there was a variety of items EXCELLENT, traveled w/our 3 yr old and she enjoyed the yogurt, french toast & egg sandwich - DELICIOUS. the room was clean & carpet felt soft to the touch - usually creeped out to walk with bare feet, but not in this room - the room was exceptionally clean, beds comfortable, enjoyed our stay. Thanks Hyatt!

Very close to shopping and airportPosted Jun 21, 2015
Did not give us an option on room other than size of bed. Our bed was low to the floor, and only later did we realize we had a handicapped room. The bed was not very comfortable.

as always greeted at the door, pleasant staff.. room was awesome and very clean..lots of space..very comfortable... swimming pool and heated towels which was awesome..small bar and room service as well. also snacks. breakfast was free and good. had a variety of food for all and staff kept it stocked.. overall experience I give this hotel a 10+... we had just spent 7 days in Cancun and flew in on a Friday and stayed at hyatt for the weekend before we headed back home on Sunday evening. I wanted a hotel that I knew I would be happy with and it was perfect, almost like being on vacation.
