The room was really dusty and the room pictures were misleading: for the two double beds room it showed a large dining table that was not there and the shower looked in the pictures like there was a tub and shower. There were no trashbags in the trashcans and the safe did not lock. The shower was malfunctioning and the tub barely drained. Once I reported it, is was fixed promptly. I did not feel like the price paid was worth the room I got. Not child friendly.

Overall pretty good. Found a toe nail on the floor and housekeeping knocked every 45min starting at 830 to see if I have left yet.

5 night stay, on two days room was not made up, we can make our own beds, but not having clean towels was a inconvenience The staff was very friendly but nobody on the floor spoke a single word of English nor we a single word of Spanish Phone in room didn't work and we were on the 15th floor so we got towels from the pool area

It was a nice enough hotel. I actually had higher expectations from a Westin but it was clean. Staff was friendly. There was a soccer match going on, so a lot of kids running around. I thought it was actually low priced for what it was
