Surprisingly more wonderful than expected. Beautiful property, wonderful garden, multi-tier patio in the back. Quiet street with great views. Live music was being preformed at the wine bar across the street when we arrived. Staff was wonderful, the building was great. It's an older building, but so well maintained we loved it.

This is really a destination location. Lots to do, great food and friendly staff. Beautifully located

Everything about the hotel was great except the sleep. I planned this trip several months in advance for my wife’s birthday and compared to other hotels in the area, this was one of the most expensive at over $500/night which I thought would be a good splurge. Come to find out, there are sea lions living under the hotel that literally bark all day and all night long…. Dozens of them. Neither one of us was able to sleep for more than an hour or so intermittently each night. It was horrible to say the least. Beyond that, it was a great place..

Our room was very dirty, the fridge was filty and carpet was not vaccumned. The bar or the resturant, their food was not great. FAmily amananies were great. Save yourslef a headache please don't stay here, its very unkept building and front staff is extremly rude.
