“Property was well maintained, although all was older. Mostly clean and all things worked well. It was a property from the 1960's, so was worn. But all was functional. Close to Rt. 1, so noisy, but also convenient. Parking was a bit crowded but not real inconvenient. Probably a good room for the price and the expensive area.”

“The shower/tub had this mat in the bottom that was not removable, it was black around the edges. The bathroom floor tile needs to be replaced. It was chipped, black and lifting at the edges causing my husband to cut his foot on it. The room was clean and bed comfortable. ”
