“Owner is super lovely and place is in decent location. However, wifi did NOT work and we were only 3 doors down from office, there were stains on all our comforters and sheets, and there was black mold patches on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. I understand with a 3 star hotel you get some subpar stays but this one was def rough. Stars given are only for nice lady with recommendations”

“My husband and I spent a recent weekend at the Kennebunkport Motor Lodge. It was wonderful. We were in Unit 2 and it was perfect. The room was spotless, looked newly renovated, and smelled very clean. The staff couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Our favorite amenities were the breakfast and free beach parking pass, which we took full advantage of. I can't wait to come back!”

“Nice place for family vacation. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Lots of nice amenities like bikes, kayaks, s’mores fires nightly, and access offsite to a river pool thing. And the swimming pool on site is very well maintained. The breakfast is very nice with dairy free and gluten-free options. But the blueberry cake takes the cake!”
