“Clean Inn, friendly staff, close to town, great value for the price”

“Very deceiving photos shown. Resort is very dated and worn out. Lots of maintenance needed in rooms and common spaces. There were holes in the shower walls, doors leading to the pool area were rusted through which created drafts and bug entrances, the hot tub is missing seats (pvc pipes left to sit on) as well as tiles and has a hazy green glow cast to it, the landscape is also needing some attention. The pool was clear but had black slime built up around edges from human use. The resort was……

“We arrived for check in at 4:05. After waiting in a long line we were told that the room was not ready and they had no idea when it would be. Check in later. That was it! We went back at 5:45 and room was ready. Sadly it was 2 rooms across from the bar. Those rooms should not be rented as there was yelling and screaming till 11 and doors slamming into the night. They were the only 2 rooms in that area. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, but worthless without being able to……

“The host was super sweet and helpful. This place has everything that you need, and if you need more, she will likely figure out a way to get it to you. It’s a cute place, not fancy- quaint and the location is perfect. It was just what we were looking for.”

“Superb location. Easy and beautiful walk to downtown to avoid all the parking hassle there. Staff is out of this world and the breakfast, we want to go back just for that!!!”

“Very friendly staff. Door was squeaky but that added to New England charm. 😀 A few more amenities in the lobby would have been nice. Very charming and relaxing.”
