“We were on the second floor with no a/c or tv to drown out the band from the wedding two floors below us. The toilet seat was cracked and there were ants in the bathroom. The shampoo dispenser did not work. Our "garden view" room was a view of a parking lot with construction trailers of some kind. We never spend over $400 a night for a room but we hadn't been on vacation for a while so we thought we'd splurge. Very disappointed. We left before 6 am this morning. We did have a very nice lunch……

“My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms, we had a wonderful stay, just 2 things we would like to mention which are easy fixes. First there was a pair of socks in the closet floor, likely from the previous occupants, which we got rid of ourselves. The rest of the room was excellent. Second was the toilet flush handle came out of the tank, it still worked & the front desk was notified upon check out.”
