“Staff were nice and clearly trying their best with limited resources. Overall it’s just OK. 1) our feet were soiled black after walking barefoot in our room 2) we had the only room with a portable dehumidifier, ? Mold 3) window curtain was visibly broken 4) very limited breakfast options. We bailed and went to Starbucks. We would not stay there again.”

“The staff were polite but were totally overwhelmed. The outside and lobby area looked unkempt. There was no bedding or towels in our room and we were told they were a week behind on laundry. We did get linens later that day. The room was filthy. It had a layer of dust everywhere and spider webs in the corner. We were in the handicap room. The 2nd morning we had a mouse in the room. My husband said the breakfast was very poor. I refused to eat anything from their kitchen. We paid $340.26 for 2……

“This house had plenty of room for our families, with two full bathrooms, comfortable beds, and decor made it easy to settle in. The kitchen was well equipped, though we ended up enjoying several of the restaurants in the area instead of cooking. The large fenced-in backyard was perfect for our sister's dog, and the two outdoor gathering areas gave us great places to relax together. The location was convenient to everything in the Crosby-Ironton area, and the mountain biker in our group loved……
