I did not make it to the gym.So I have no comments. The first room I was in did not have a working electrical outlet in the bathroom and something appeared to be wrong with the air/heating system, making it difficult to breathe. After deciding, I was not going to stay the entire three days, expedia reached out to the manager at the property and was told that I could not get a refund for the third day. No real explanation given by the property manager. A staff member who had worked there for quite a while informed me that the property had been closed for 8 years but was under new management recently. There was very little toilet paper and tissues. We had to go get it from housekeeping. Our stay was okay, but the pictures online certainly make this hotel look nicer than it is. It immediately looks a little sketchy when you drive up. The room was fine, though it smelled musty. The floors were absolutely disgusting— they were dirty and had hair everywhere. They clearly were not cleaned. Everything is just pretty run down.
