“Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. “This was a perfect fit for visiting nearby family. It was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of a babbling brook. The property’s offerings were great inside and out. Although Wi-Fi is available, there was virtually no cell service. (of which the host warned us) if communicating with anyone with an android, be prepared to use an app like messenger or WhatsApp. Overall, I would definitely stay again.”

“This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area.”

Perfect for All Star Village - was so easy to just jump back to the house between games and fantastic to have a kitchen to cook instead of eating out all the time. “We loved our stay in the Country Club Cottage. We took a trip to Oneanta for my son’s Cooperstown tournament at ASV. The location of this home was perfect, we were only 4 minutes away from the fields. The house was clean and well stocked. We got to BBQ in the backyard while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Angela was a great host. ”
