Magnificent water views at the mouth of the Rappahannock River & The Chesapeake Bay. The entire home has been recently renovated. Open floor plan, mudroom with laundry, beautiful half-bath with brick accent wall & access to both back yard & front porch. Kitchen has a new stove with griddle, brand new microwave, Coriain counter tops. Picnic table and fire pit with cooking grate. Short walk to Stingray Point Marina and Yacht Club. Photos have not been updated to include the new 55 inch smart TV's in the Family and Primary Bedroom, new comfort height elongated bowl toilets installed throughout, gas log fireplace, leather pull out couch in family room, updated decorations and linens that are not pictured yet. You will love morning coffee, or a glass of wine on the massive wrap around porch that looks out at the Chesapeake Bay. You may catch the morning dolphins swimming by and tons of sail boats in the distance. Close to several restaurants, marinas, grocery store, and cafes. Unfortunately we do not have direct access to the water.
