"Entire staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. My family was not wanted there, ignored, staff acting as if checking us in was not a part of the job. At breakfast, approximately 15 addition guests all standing around and waiting as the entire kitchen staff could be seen playing on their phones. "By far, the best hotel I have ever stayed (and I’ve stayed in what would be considered 6-star hotels). The entire stay was an incredible experience and my soul just felt alive and more vibrant. Everything is artfully curated and I was brought to tears by the chosen artwork which displayed truly humanitarian and justice-oriented pieces. The amenities were out of this world, the staff is kind and informative, the food is excellent, the pillows, the mattress—truly, I can’t say enough about this place. I wish I never had to leave and already ache to return."
