"Overall, this was a positive hotel experience. The lobby was clean and stylish. Check-in staff were courteous and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to the club floor, which was very quiet, a nice perk for a restful night. The beds were comfortable. I had ground hats for cleanliness because a couple of small things in the room were not cleaned well, like drink rings on the dresser and something had been spilled on the small table in the room from a previous guest and was not cleaned before we arrived. The hotel breakfast was good, if not overpriced. Portions were huge, so sharing is suggested. "

"The hotel staff was not friendly, when I had a question or my room flooded when I showered they acted like I was bothering them. The property is out dated and doesn’t look anything like the pictures posted. The pool needs to be cleaned and there was not a fire pit at all. It was nice to be able to walk directly to the beach though. "

"Would not recommend booking at this Hyatt. Way too many inconveniences. For starters out of only 2, there was only 1 elevator working and this property had 10 floors. So most of my vacation was spent waiting on the elevator. The steps weren’t an option the hotel locked the exit door to the steps stating it was a safety hazard so you were forced to wait 10-15 minutes for the 1 working elevator. My stay was for 4 nights and we never saw housekeeping. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and toilet tissue since the rolls our room came with were halfway used. This also required waiting on the 1 elevator to go downstairs. The parking is extremely tight so just expect for your car to have new dings and scratches. There are no microwaves in the room but the property said they provide a “community” microwave well it disappeared on my 2nd night being there and the front desk said it was broke and they did not replace it. This was a very disappointing trip and when I went to speak with the manger to see what plan they have in place for all the inconveniences I had this weekend I was told there was nothing they can do since I booked through a 3rd party. Very disappointing and the staff was really inconsiderate. "
