We received a call at 4:20 PM the day of the stay, that the hotel had been over booked. We were moved to another hotel in the area. Thye did pay the bill, although, the accommodations were not the same as what we had booked.

I am disabled and can not climb into a bath tub. I called ahead and requested a walk-in shower. When arriving at 3pm I was told there were no showers available in queen rooms! Only king rooms. I required two beds. I was assigned a “handicap room” which had a tub. Unfair for someone who may need such a room. Other than that my stay was pleasant.

They had oversold King bedrooms and even though I had booked it a month ago it wasn’t available. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is older and could use some updates, room was clean, just old.
