“The breakfast was very good. I had to ask twice for clean towels and once for a trashbag. My fire alarm woke me up chirping because, it needed a new battery. When I requested someone look at it, the head engineer came right away and changed the battery. Not one time during my two week stay did they change my bedsheets? The front office staff were very friendly. The fact they're pet friendly helped a lot. I checked out 2 days early but, I WAS charged for the two days I wasn't there. That part, I……

“Our experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly throughout our stay. There was only one employee working at check-in, which resulted in a very long line and an excessive wait time. The property itself was not clean, and the pool appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Several rooms had air conditioning issues, and the AC was also not working in the hallways and common corridors, making the environment uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast selection was……

“Overall stay was fine, but the front desk lady that was working at night was flat out nasty and rude. She has no business working in the customer service industry.”

“Not bad, I stayed there before but I was disappointed that the safe was not operational. I did report it and maintenance came but couldn't get it fixed. The toilet in our room was not working its best. We didn't even bother to report it because we knew it wasn't going to be repaired so we used the one in the lobby. Even the elevator was not working properly, only one was operable. They could have at least roped it off or put a sign stating that one is operable and the other is not.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great and the coffee all day was awesome! Our room was even better. We expected a bed and a bathroom and nothing else. When we walked in we had a full kitchen which was a great surprise and super useful for us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the area. We originally booked for two nights but extended for another which was seamless.”
