Very unapproachable person at check in. Lobby was small and they had dozens of people partying we had to manuever thru to get to elevator. Hallway carpets were stained and filthy. Room was clean however very rundown. Mattress should be thrown out. 2 tvs neither worked. One they fixed. Counter had flew and dried caulking on it. Desk chair worn n frayed. Bath had paint all over wallpaper. Door was warped n peeling. Tub had chips on it. Housekeeping didn’t come one day.

First I was given a room that someone was in. Then I got a room that wasn’t cleaned. It took 3 times before we got a room. It was not a great experience. Pay a bit more and stay at the Hyatt or Marriott.

The linens in my room were fresh and the room did not smell. However, there were dirty hand prints and markings on the walls. I couldn’t get the internet to connect to my computer but the parking garage was convenient. The road out front is very noisy. The fans work well in the room and the air conditioning was great.

The washer and dryer didn't work good so we had to go to the laundrymat. I tried to contact someone at the front desk about it and waited around. Finally gave up and left. Most of the front desk workers were unpleasant and didn't know where things were. They also looked irritated whenever someone would come to the desk. The only good thing really was housekeeping staff.
