“La Veranda Hotel has to be on your bucket list. The rooms are spotless, the staff is so friendly. It’s a few minutes walk from the beach. The Jasmine restaurant downstairs has the best food, Richard the owner is so so nice and accommodating. If you take a 5 minute walk you are in the middle of the entertainment district, great pubs and restaurants. I’m definitely coming back to stay at La Veranda.”

“Ein so tolles Hotel hatten wir schon lange nicht. Man fühlt sich herzlichst willkommen. Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen: die Klimaanlage im Restaurant war mir zu kühl- wurde sofort abgedreht. Das Zimmer (Doppel-Deluxe mit seitlichem MB) bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann- sogar Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Showergel, Bodylotion, Shampoo, Conditioner alles von Chopard und ausreichend im Bad vorhanden. Wir hatten Vollpension, jede Mahlzeit war fantastisch. Das Personal stets freundlich……

“The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great……

“The resort looks good but isn’t maintained at all the toilet was leaking into the room and the maintenance crew didn’t show up even after many calls the road leading up to the hotel is closed for very big works not a normal closure looks like it will be long before they are easily accessible by car and the staff wasn’t really helpful i guess because we are off season”
