“We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, although we cut it a day short due to Hurricane Melissa. This was my first trip to Jamaica. The staff was friendly and customer-centric and the views of the beach and ocean were beautiful! Only dined at the buffett for breakfast and lunch (Choicez) but breakfast was soooo good. The Italian restaurant was our favorite specialty restaurant and our server, Ashonie I think his name was, gave five-star service! He was the sweetest and fulfilled every……
