“首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提”

“Quiet, comfortable hotel. Great location for the beach. The staff were just lovely. Friendly and helpful. Decor a little dated but charming in an oldy woldy way. Nice breakfasts.”

“Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room.”

“Perfect location in Shanklin, wonderful views. It’s just a short walk to the old village and Shanklin Chine. The hotel is a little tired in places but overall it was very good. It’s great that you can use the facilities in the sister hotel next door so there’s plenty to enjoy.”

“Excellent staff - very friendly and nice communal bar area. For me the double bed was a bit narrow and the continental breakfast buffet a little limited but otherwise a very pleasant stay.”

“We booked the luxury caravan with a hot tub, although unfortunately we wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”. There were a few things that we felt needed attention. The radiators in the bathrooms were rusty and really need replacing, the grouting was mouldy, and one of the shower screens had mould around the bottom. The white railing around the patio was also loose and needs securing. The hot tub had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival, but there were what looked like small stones in it,……
