“Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.”

“No breakfast included despite booking confirmation. Room ok but very much in need of repair. Bathroom provisions poor and needed to request additional ‘essentials’ having been left 1/4 a roll. ”

“Had an amazing stay in tasteful and clean bedroom with comfy bed lovely Pillows and great bathroom. Lots of tea and coffee. Had dinner and breakfast in the pub and they were really tasty. Properly cooked bacon! Great wine list with lots of option. Really lovely beer garden and covered courtyard. Lovely staff. Also v close to Hambledon so a good base to visit there. Really recommend. ”

“交通方便，就在 Victoria Coach Stop 對面。碼頭觀光景點、大型 shopping mall 連食肆近在咫尺。的士站就在酒店對面，坐的士到郵輪碼頭只需 8 分鐘。半自助早餐質量非常好，客戶服務好，房間雖小但舒適整潔。”

“Lovely hotel. Clean room. Exceptionally warm welcome from Micheal. Being shown to the room is a lovely touch, rather than being pointed in the direction of your room. We didn't have breakfast, but will next time. Car parking excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel and hopefully enjoy the amenities, as this visit we were just staying for one night and didn't have time enjoy the splendour of the hotel.”

“It's a very old building with only stairs but staff was more than pleasant adverse helpful. They bought our luggage up to our room and then even brought it back down I highly recommend this place.”
