"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place...

"Daniela and family are super hosts and their home/property is a perfect mixture of beautiful and practical. My grown children and I had the dream vacation visiting Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, and Spello in the mornings; lounging by the pool in the afternoon; and cooking dinner in the evenings. You can’t do better than this!"

"Casa curatissima e pulitissima. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Bel giardino. Il paese non è proprio caratteristico ma vicinissimo sia a Perugia che Assisi. Ottimo il bar vicino."
