Sadly our room was not cleaned thoroughly—our bathroom had used towels hanging in it and toothpaste on the vanity. There was no shampoo in the container hanging in the shower. The bathroom needed obvious repairs done as well. The bedspreads had questionable stains on them. When I told the lady at the front desk about the bathroom she did apologize and stated she “told them to finish cleaning that room yesterday.” No discounts offered or anything to try to make it right.

Bathroom kinda smelled like too much cleaner

Everything was very nice and clean. This was perfect for us. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool, but it was very popular. The options for the included breakfast were more that almost anyplace I have seen. Lots of options and choices.

We've stayed there in the past so we're repeat customers. It's convenient and the staff is very accommodating.

The hotel is in a nice area with restaurants nearby and is close to the mall. It is by a fairly busy street that did get noisy in the evening. The hotel itself and the rooms were fairly maintained but could definitely use some updating and deep cleaning. The lady at the front desk was phenomenal in helping us to get an early check-in. The pool and pool area were clean and we loved that there was a separate 1 foot deep area for small children that is blocked off from the rest of the pool. The pool was a little chilly for my liking but the kids didn’t mind. The pull out couch in the room was a little dirty but decently comfortable. The king bed one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve had in a while. Even with both of the air conditioning units running, the room was very humid and sticky feeling. The separate bedroom wasn’t as bad as the main living room area. All of our clothing and personal blankets we brought felt damp upon leaving. The breakfast was okay but didn’t have as many options as others. Overall, it is likely that we would stay here again.
