"Was caught off guard to find out that my room had access to the room next over and they had access to my room as well. Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. For the $200 deposit fee they charge the amenities are a bit questionable (at least when it comes to soap, conditioner, and body wash). And the sink seemed to be unclean. "Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean and looks to be newly renovated. Our king suite room was a little smaller than expected but everything was clean and tidy. Only complaint was the TV kept going back to the main menu while we were watching TV in the evening. The free breakfast was plentiful which included, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and little veggie omelets as well as waffle you can make fresh right there. There was a coffee and tea station set up in the lobby at all times. And fresh warm cookies were in the lobby in the evening. "

"Nice place to stay without hurting your wallet. Very comfortable and we can take our 2 small dogs with us. The rooms are always nice & clean; everything is so neat. Their rooms are spacious and most times there's even a little extra furniture; and carpeting (no more cold feet)! Good place to stay!"
