"An additional way to checkin....Touchless Check-in!!! It would help manage the rush of arriving guests. I waited in line about 30 minutes to check -in. Yes, they were that busy...it's pretty impressive for check-in to start at 4pm, you arrive at 5pm and have to wait in line for 30 minutes because there were many others who arrived, too. The hotel is beautiful and worth it!"
