"We had 3 reservations. Before we even got to the property, 2 of our parties were being charged for the room, room service and incidentals. When we quesioned it they stated they accidentally checked in other people with the same last name to our rooms. They would refund the money but it would take 3-5 days, and then we had to pay still put out money for our rooms. 2 people had to double pay for the weekend because of their error. They only offered to comp 1 party their parking, the othet nothing was offered"

"Perfectly located directly across the street from Old Sacramento. Great views of the capitol building as you cross the street. The room was clean, large. and perfectly situated. The happy hour is fantastic and the free breakfast in the morning was superb."

"Great customer service and it was very quiet compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was a huge plus, plenty of options and staff was constantly stocking the area. "

"This place was so annoying to say the least. Old appliances (microwave from 1991), shower head sticking really far out of the wall... All of those things I don't care so much about when it comes to the big issue. THIS PLACE HAS NO ELEVATOR. If you have a lot of luggage, any kind of boxes, or anything heavy it sucks so much. Also if you're disabled I wouldn't even think about it. We had about 20 cases with us each roughly $20 that we had to lug up and down a tiny staircase each day as they had no rooms on the bottom. Also the staff sounded so annoyed when I inquired about a bottom room on the second day. They even have a wheelchair lift but it doesn't work so no luck there. The breakfast was exactly the same as any other hotel out there, basic sausage, biscuits, waffle machine... nothing special, just overall annoying and I will be happy to stay at another place next time."
