My family and I recently stayed at this property, with a total of five family members occupying rooms, and unfortunately, every one of us experienced issues during our stay. I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but upon entering my room, there was a strong cigarette odor. In addition, I found dirty and visibly stained pillowcases on the bed. My cousins experienced similar issues, including dirty and stained towels in their rooms. We went to the front desk to address these concerns and expected that the staff would promptly provide clean linens and towels. Unfortunately, the gentleman working at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. Rather than addressing the issue or simply providing clean towels, he argued with us and insisted that the visibly stained towels were, in fact, clean. His response was both dismissive and unacceptable. The situation became even more concerning when one of my cousins unfolded a towel in her room and a used tampon fell out onto the floor. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable remaining at the property and decided to check out. We were in town because of a family member’s funeral and chose this property primarily because of its convenient location. We were not expecting luxury accommodations, but we did expect basic cleanliness, proper hygiene, and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
