Great experience! First time for me, I travel for work and will defiantly stay here again. Registration took a bit longer than I wished, but the staff was great! Parked inside in the very cold days I was there. Thank you!

I love this hotel and the location, but I just can’t get over that a hotel like this requires you to leave your room for coffee! Even cheap motels have a coffee maker in the rooms. I don’t want to go downstairs in my pajamas n front of The other guests but I also don’t want to get ready for the day yet! At least put a coffee maker on each floor if you are not going to put one in the rooms. This is the only thing I hate about this hotel.

Only 1 key card worked and only on the room, did not work at the pool. Other guests in the pool area also had issues with this. Hair was on the bed upon checkin. Breakfast was very limited.

Good value. Breakfast was good.

At check in was asked if I needed a handicap accessible room and I said no, she changed it to a king bed and thought I was getting the suite like I paid for, in room it was a regular room not suite. The Hot tub was not working which is why I booked it and toilet would not flush.
