“Although we enjoyed the property, the pics were deceiving.”

“Great place to stay very nice apartment”

“This is a really nice place overall. It has a calm vibe with charming period details. The location was great as well. There are some lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the whole neighborhood is full of beautiful older buildings. That being said, there were a few issues:* The host was completely unresponsive. I messaged the host twice with non-urgent questions (early check-in request asking what clean up would be helpful when we left), and he didn't respond at all, not even……

“Near convention center. Clean. Very basic. Room around the double bed is so small, you can access it from only one side. No closet. No light or lamp in bedroom. Baseboards heater are broken. Tiny bathroom. No electrical oulet near the microwave oven. Small "hotel room" style fridge. No place to eat except on coffee table.”

“共用浴室跟廚房都很乾淨，雖然是大家共用兩間浴室，不過不太容易排隊，所以蠻方便的。飯店位置超級好，景點都走路可到，離火車站也很近。房費跟旁邊的飯店比起來超級便宜，不介意共用浴室的人，真的非常推薦這間！”

“1. No means of making ice cubes. 2. No indication that the bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms (I wound up sleeping on the couch so I didn't have to risk the stairs in the middle of the night. 3. The neighbors in the adjoining property (possibly the owner's family) were quite noisy.4. Lack of prompt response to questions. On the other hand, it was clean, nicely appointed and convenient for my destinations.”

“Our family of 7 spent six nights. The apartment was very nicely renovated and bright. Upon check-in, we were confused by multiple locked bedroom doors with numbers on them — unsure if they were part of our rental. The host was very responsive with the codes after we asked. The design is a bit unique. I did not realize there would be people staying above us. We are later to bed, later to rise types,”

“Fabulous time in Medford! Mikkie, our host, is an amazing human. She steered us in the right direction for lovely walks, yummy food & drinks. Restaurants & cute shops walkable with easy access to public transportation in to Boston. Her back garden is an oasis - we enjoyed morning coffee & evening cocktails! We loved our spacious & well-stocked apartment. It truly was PERFECT!”

“This is a convenient small apartment. However, it should be made clear that it is under the flight path to Logan airport. There were planes flying over till around 23:30, and they started again around 05:30. They were pretty loud.”

“Close to Fenway. As described. Had a great time, thank you!”
