"We stayed over on Christmas Day. We made the reservation back in October and were shocked to see some things in the hotel and room description that did not match. There wasn't any coffee available in the lobby. In the room description, it said that we would have a microwave, but Natasha was kind enough to give us one. She also sent someone up to our room because the refrigerator didn't have a shelf and the lady came up with a shelf that was too big for it. The coffee provided didn't fit the...
