En general el hotel ofrece todo lo que ofertan, la ubicación es excelente y el área es muy buena, lo único que no me gustó fué que las habitaciones huelen a humedad la mayor parte del tiempo, pero en general si recomiendo este hotel, sin duda regresaría

Recomendable
Hotel recomendable, buena atención, habitaciones confortables y buen desayuno. A 3 cuadras de Union Metro Station (estación por la que pasan las dos líneas de subte), a 15 minutos de subte de World Trade Center.

Sofa bed must be provided in each suite room. when someone book a suite for 4, that's mean we need to accommodate 4 people sleeping. not only one bad in the room.

Fijne locatie, goed ontbijt, goede Wifi, kamers gedateerd, redelijk goed schoon. Personeel fantastisch, uitchecken 2 uur later was geen probleem. Parkeren krap, maar oké. Kom nog wel eens terug!

This hotel is in bad condition and it is unclean. it is also noisy. There are cockroaches in the rooms. Overall it was disgusting and unpleasant.

Old building, but well maintained. Spacious, well furnished rooms. Sanitary fittings are old and needs change. The hotel has a good travel desk.

Hotel mediano
O hotel é dito como 4 estrelas porém creio que não seja real. A estrutura do hotel é antiga. Café da manhã bem limitado. Outro ponto que nos incomodou bastante foi o sistema de ventilação, que eventualmente exalava um cheiro de cigarro no nosso quarto. O que foi bom de fato é a localização (alguns metros da Union Starion) e o atendimento. De restante, deixou a desejar!

I would not recommend this hotel. There's a clear problem in terms of cleaning and management. We found food in the fridge when we arrived, the sheets were dirty and were probably not changed, the bathroom was not very clean and old and needed improvements. Only the location is great (close to Union metro station and many shops around).

Cockroaches noted in the two rooms we were in. Hotel rooms looked older than they were. Staff kept rooms decently clean. Staff overall helpful. Good area near malls and 3 different night markets. Lots of shopping and exploring one can do. Near subway station.

We had a nice bedroom but the bathroom was in need of an update. The location is really good with a metro station and bus station a few minutes walk away, across the road is a big shopping centre plus there are 100s of restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff were very helpful as well.

The rooms are nice and big. Decor is dated but it's fine. The flat screen TV's are old and don't have an HDMI port that you could use to extend your computer screen area. There is only one restaurant in the evening, there are sometimes noisy parties in the adjacent room in the evening. Gym is adequate and not busy. Rooftop pool and sunbathing area.

Good hotel, but slightly outdated
Hotel itself is good. It was quite clean, apart from some minorities. Location is comfortable, close to airport and metro. Ride to city centre does not take long. It feels a bit outdated in furnishing or bath, but everything works as expected. I think it was a great hotel back in the days, now it is just good.

Café da manhã. Banheiro. Quarto.
Foi tudo ótimo, café da manhã é típico muito bom. A água do chuveiro não esquentava muito, mas não atrapalhou pois o país é bem quente. Ar condicionado no quarto funciona muito bem. Não se houve barulho da parte externa. Local privilegiado, próximo do metrô e supermercado.
