“Exactly as advertised and perfect for my plans. I went down to Fla. to watch some spring training baseball. This apartment is located in the heart of the charming town of Dunedin. Close to great food, shops, live music, fun clubs, the baseball stadium, bike shops, sunsets and there was even a nice farmers/artisans market just down the road each morning. As mentioned by others, there is noise in the evenings from the surrounding bar/restaurants, but that was not an issue for me. Everything ran……

“This was a fantastic rental. The hosts were excellent at communication from the initial reservation the whole way through check out. The property is within walking distance to all that Dunedin has to offer. From local breweries and great restaurants along the Pinellas Trail to the reason we went, TD Ballpark and Blue Jays Spring Training, everything was within walking distance with the TD Ballpark being about a mile away but the area is flat and very safe.
