“We were very disappointed with our stay at the Rochester. They claim to have “quiet hours” in the evening but they don’t enforce it. We were in a room on the first floor and could not relax or sleep in our room because of the noise coming from the bar and guests outside. There is no staff on site in the evenings. “Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room.”
“Great place to stay, wonderful staff help, great room really nice, clean, modern and cool. Once we parked our vehicle, we didn't touch it until the day we left. Everything is walkable, and the Gen. “Friendly staff. Coffee shop in the lobby. Vinyl albums to borrow! Turntable in the room! Cool library wallpaper in the stairwell. The built-in chaise lounge is sweet. Great experience and highly recommend.”
“The room was fine, the breakfast was good. Check in employee was excellent, evening happy hour bartender was great. Some rudeness from a couple of the employees but for the most part stay was okay.”
