The staff is wonderful, and their hospitality truly stands out. Unfortunately, the property itself feels very dated and could benefit from major updates. The carpeting, bathrooms, and furniture in both the guest rooms and lobby show their age, and the pool area could use some major refreshing as well. I understand the hotel was recently purchased and is expected to undergo a complete renovation over the next year or two, which will hopefully give the property a much-needed update.

It was my first time in Austin and I only had 2 nights and my only regret is not staying longer. And part of why I enjoyed my stay was staying at this exceptional hotel. Loved the setup of the hotel which felt different and lovely. Loved my room which was on the fourth floor. Bed was cozy, tv channels were great especially having access to HBO, bathroom was lovely, I also felt safe in the hotel and room. I also loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants. Looking forward to coming back. 10/10 experience

The location was a bit strange. In the middle of an industrial estate. Not much around. Difficult to communicate with the landing company and took ages to get “approved” to stay.

Staff were helpful, room was clean. Shared bathrooms not always clean. Bar was okay, but rarely open and bar staff were neither attentive nor efficient. The restaurant proved difficult to get into.
