The property itself was okay it was not bad. I did see a few homeless people around but it didn't appear to be a "seedy" part of town or anything. By the look of the hotel room you could tell it was an older hotel. The room size was fine but i paid for an upgrade and got a sofa. I should have just stuck with what i had in the first place. This hotel does have a gnat problem. I smashed two on the bathroom mirror. A few would wiz past your face in the room as well. The front desk clerk - you could not tell if he was happy or irritated. No smile no greeting nothing. I asked several questions and really got nothing for a answer. I asked for an early check in and a late check out. Never got either one but also didn't need it. We arrived around 230pm and we left earlier than planned. The one thing that stood out to me was I asked to have the trash taken out and was told they couldn't do that. I asked for a new set of towels and was told to go to the hotel laundry room and get the towels myself. The laundry worker looked irritated as well. No big bath towels. I can't say how the breakfast was didn't have anything but coffee. However didn't look all that great to me. The pool is CLOSED. So if you go next year definitely call ahead if you want to use the pool. The front desk stated they are renovating and changing hotel brands....Anyway I will say I would stay again if only for the PRICE! If I ever stay there again I'll know what to expect.

We loved this hotel. It's in walking distance of a lot places to eat and just walk around and enjoy the scenery. Check in was smooth, the staff was super nice&knowledgeable. I'm not sure about nearby shopping,we were in town for a race. The hotel was conveniently located to the start line! The rooms were nice&cleaned. The only negative thing I have to say is there was no in room microwave. The restaurant inside was really nice.I ordered some wings, they were really good. I give this hotel a 10!!

The manager did not respond to multiple attempts to reach him regarding the dryer not working. It’s important to understand that this is not a true hotel room or property, but extended stay apartments where long-term tenants reside in the same buildings as rooms that are rented for shorter stays. This caused an issue because our kids disturbed a downstairs neighbor while they were simply playing. There was no information left on how to dispose of trash, so we drove around with trash bags until we found the one dumpster for the entire property. The pool doesn’t look anything like it does in the photos, and its claim to be a “resort style” pool is a joke. There were cracks in the concrete and no shaded areas. The restrooms were not open at the pool and we had to walk into the front office dripping wet to locate a toilet.
