“This hotel is unlike any other you will find in East Tn! It exudes charm and character, and is staffed with wonderful, helpful, accommodating personnel! The bar and restaurant there are fabulous, and the room and bath were charming, large, and comfortable. All this in a gorgeous area! We will be going back!”

“The property looked nice. Hallways were extremely warm. Room temperature was cooler so overall the room was nice. The issue was that the shower water was so cold you couldn't even take a shower. This is unacceptable. We mentioned it when we checked out and the employee at the desk told us he would let someone know about it. Didn't seem to care that we couldn't take a shower.”

The beds weren’t super comfortable, and the pillows were unusually small, which made sleeping a bit difficult. On the plus side, the breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice selection, and the staff was friendly. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind older accommodations, it’s a good option.”
