"The property was clean and the majority of the staff were friendly. The only issue I had was on the last night at 9 pm I was called to move my vehicle (Kia Sorento EX) the employee said smaller vehicles had to park on the second level and I had to move. That would not have been an issue except I have a handicap placard for my car and there were no handicap spaces available on the second level. So I was made to move from a handicap accessible parking spot to one that was not. I am inclined to look at other hotels for my next stay"

"A luxury motel worth every penny! Location is outstanding. Our room was spacious and room to move around. We will definitely be returning in August. Only drawback, we chose to park our own car and not use valet service. Don't quite understand why off-site parking is charged it’s a small walk. Trolley was never available as we were coming or leaving. Overall our granddaughter enjoyed her visit."
