If you have mobility issues it is a no go. They own several properties and we thought (mistakenly) we had rented a different one which looked new and modern from the outside. “The place was very well stocked with everything you could need especially the kitchen. It’s an older building but the suite itself is renovated, updated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and there are portable a/c units in both rooms. It is steps away from the beach, has its own parking and is quiet. Being an older building, there is no elevator, so be aware if mobility is an issue. The owner provides sufficient info regarding checkin and is quick to respond to emails. I have already……

“The suite was sparkling clean. A beautiful space. It had an amazing walk in shower, loved the amenities. Large deck, comfortable bed, nice kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer was very nice to have. The underground parking kept our vintage car out of the sun. Loved every second.”
